Etsy: Made in Canada Toronto Sponsor - The Maker Bean Cafe

Tuesday, August 13, 2019

We're really pleased to be partnering once again with the Maker Bean Cafe for Etsy: Made in Canada Toronto, this September 28, 2019 at MaRS! Thank you Maker Bean Cafe for your support!

The Maker Bean Cafe is a maker-space for everything from traditional crafts to high-tech digital fabrication and 3D printing, which also serves great food and beverages at both their Bloor west and Ontario Science Centre locations.

This year you'll be able to find the Maker Bean Cafe vending at our Etsy: Made in Canada show and once again hosting a FREE workshop for some of our lucky visitors. Watch this space for more information about workshops coming soon.

Right now, the Maker Bean Cafe is in the midst of an Indigogo campaign to fund a comprehensive program of affordable kids & adult STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) education! Read more and help friends at the Maker Bean Cafe provide scholarships to underprivileged families, access to more laptops, a resin 3D printer, wood-working tools like drill presses, scroll saws, Arduino & Raspberry Pi controllers & many more tech goodies to our kid campers & adult participants by checking out their campaign here.

Etsy: Made in Canada Toronto RETURNS!

Monday, April 15, 2019

We're thrilled to announce that we're hosting our 6th Etsy: Made in Canada Toronto show!

The Toronto Etsy Street Team and 416 Hustlers Toronto are pairing up once again to host our annual handmade & vintage show as part of Etsy's pan-Canadian extravaganza, with more than 30 simultaneous shows in more than 30 cities across the country! Last year's show attracted more than 6000 shoppers, eager to buy. Our show attracted a line-up a full three hours prior to opening. Many sellers reported that it had been their most successful single day of selling all year, or of all time! This application is open to all Canadian handmade or vintage Etsy vendors. We especially encourage our team members to apply, but this show is the exception in that it is open to vendors who are not part of TEST. You just have to have an Etsy shop! Want to take part in this awesome opportunity, but you don't sell on Etsy? No problem! We are specifically seeking newbie sellers! Just take 15 minutes and launch your new shop today!

DEADLINE: MAY 3rd. Don't miss it!

(If you have any trouble applying via the blog page you can open the form and apply here)
