Join Scarborough Museum's Canada Day Celebrations!

Inviting all interested vendors who create one-of-a-kind artisan items!  

Scarborough Museum brings the past and present together with local artisans, square dancing, Canada Day cake, and hands-on arts and crafts. This event attracts thousands! Additional activities take place in the park, making this a fun, high traffic, family-friendly celebration!

Tables are free!  This outdoor event runs rain or shine.

The Guild Alive With Culture Arts Festival / “Taste of the Guild”
Saturday August 6th &Sunday August 7th 2011
10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Application Form for Artist Vendor
Exhibiting fee: $100.00 Entry deadline: June 24, 2011

Eligibility: Open to all fine artists/artisans who reside or work in Ontario. All work must be original and hand
made in Canada by the exhibiting artist.

Eligible work: 2 dimensional works including paintings, mixed media, hand pulled prints, photographs (individually
signed), digital art, (individually signed) individually signed/numbered reproductions (edition size under 500), fine art
card reproductions, 3 dimensional works including sculpture, fine craft in all media, glass, metal, wood, originally
designed jewelry, fibre art, hand-made quilts, originally designed clothing.

Next weekend the Scarborough Arts Council hosts Art in the Park 2010: Annual Outdoor Art Show & Sale:

Art in the Park is an annual juried one-day outdoor community arts festival that is held in the parkland surrounding the Scarborough Arts Council.

Come enjoy the work of over 40 artists, working in a range of mediums: drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, printmaking, pottery, jewellery, photography, glass, original textiles, fibre arts, other.
