The Toronto Etsy Street Team and 416 Hustlers Toronto are co-hosting their 5th annual handmade & vintage show as part of Etsy's pan-Canadian extravaganza, with more than 30 simultaneous shows in more than 30 cities across the country!
Last year's show attracted more than 6000 shoppers, eager to buy. Our swag bags attracted a line-up a full three hours prior to opening. Many sellers reported that it had been their most successful single day of selling all year, or of all time!
This application is open to all Canadian handmade or vintage Etsy vendors. We especially encourage our team members to apply, but this show is exceptional in that it is open to vendors who are not part of TEST. You just have to have an Etsy shop!

Table Fees:
We're shaking things up this year! You now have choices!
A - Six Foot by Two & half feet Table Space = $140.00
B - Four Foot by Two feet Table Space = $95.00
i - Choose the location of your table + $25.00
ii - Electricity + $25.00
(Note: electic spaces are limited, not all requests can be fulfilled, we will do our best! The MaRS Atrium is very well lit so the vast majority of our vendors do not find they need access to an electrical outlet.)

All fashion vendors will be placed in the more exclusive Fashion Annex. Fashion vendors may choose between a 6 foot x 2.5 foot table or bringing their own rack of the same dimensions. To ensure the comfort of vendors and partrons, we will place fewer vendors in this area than last year.

All applicants will be notified of the status of their application by August 10th or sooner. Only successful applicants will be asked to submit their fees and will be required to do so by August 24th to secure their spot. Unpaid or declined spots will be opened to the waiting list.
Please note that the number of applicants always exceeds the spots available by a large margin. You are welcome to apply to multiple shows but to maximize opportunities for local sellers, vendors will only be able to participate in one of the GTA region shows. If you’re admitted to more than one, you will be required to choose between them. We will be working with local teams to confirm that sellers are not overbooked.
