Vendor Call: An Artisan Intervention at The Gibson House Museum

Gibson House Museum: Artisan Intervention
November 18th, 2017, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Vendors wanted to participate in the annual Artisan Intervention at Gibson House Museum.  This is a weekend of crafts and local, handmade wares featuring the Toronto Etsy Street Team.

This year access to vendors will be free for guests, while the museum will charge a holiday rate for guests who wish to explore the historic house.  Historic demonstrations of crafting and baking will be taking place with tea and tastes for guests.

The historic house will be decorated in festive Victorian fashion for the holidays. Vendors who make items using historic techniques, or that can demonstrate a link to historic Toronto or Victorian-themes are preferred.

The museum can provide tables, chairs and limited free parking to vendors. Email gibsonhouse@toronto.ca to apply by October 20th. Participation in the Artisan Intervention is free; however, Gibson House Museum reserves the right to screen applicants based on suitability.
