A little press: Toronto Etsy sellers on Toronto Life site

Toronto Life is featuring 10 local Etsy sellers today, and TEST is well represented! Included in their list are Cinders McLeod, Alison Gledhill of Grace Design, Ele of minouette, Marissa of Sea Flower Studios, Michelle of thunderpeep, Anthony of Route401, and Casey Von Esteban.

Congrats to the the 3 other local sellers too... who should visit us in the forums to join the team!

Etsy meet-up

Nada the Canadian Etsy admin hosted her first official Etsy meet-up at Oz Studios, at Ossington and Dundas, last Friday night. The evening included a panel of speakers: Arounna from bookhouathome, Sarah from thehouseofhemp and T.E.S.T.'s own Alison of gracedesign with Q&A, food and drink, DJs and photographers in the crowd. It was great to see a large turn out from TEST and meet many other lovely local sellers. It was a fun night and we're looking forward to more Official Etsy events in Toronto in the future.

Tip of the hat...

TEST would like to congratulate some members who've recently got a little press:

The Etsy Blog invited StyleCaster to create a spring-themed, all-Etsy fashion shoot in Brooklyn. The "vintage-inspired fashion feature with a modern and sweet twist" features not one TESTy designer but two: Simone's Rose Boutique and Quirky Beauty, whose Blair Oxford Blue Skirt and Butterfly Sash, respectively, are shown above and right.


The Etsy Admin for Canada, Nada Alic wrote about Toronto Etsy shops for OTM Zine. The article features items by TEST members Extase, Honey Thistle, Grace Design, and Quirky Beauty!

Way to go! We're not surprised to see such beautiful items get a little attention.
